		<description>What I like about Zappos is everyone in the organization understands each position in the company.  This makes the team evolve into something bigger because everyone understands each other and the internal communication is probably at its peak.

I think when we listen to each other than we can understand everyone.  Including brands.  Brands are here to solve a problem.  They are created to provide a service and when you provide excellent problem solving skills you have people enthusiastic about your brand. 

People will be able to relate and they will become your ambassador.</description>
